The Company
Our client, Centor Service & Installation is the market leader for screening solutions in Australia and is expanding its operations in South Australia. This company specialises in the sales, service and installation of th e award winning Centor screening products.
The Position
As Technical Sales & Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to support the current customer base purchasing Centor screening systems by providing sales support, installation and after sales service to fabricators, builders and retail customers. This full time position would suit someone who has:
- Demonstrated technical/sales experience within the building and construction industry.
- Be experienced in dealing with the diversity between B2B and retail customers.
- Be a self starter that is comfortable to work independently.
- Be trade qualified or a demonstrated expert in DIY applications.
- Possess excellent presentation and communication skills
Your real strength though will be your ability to go that extra mile in exceeding customers’ expectations and a belief that excellent customer service is about having the right attitude.
