The working environment is fantastic, the centre has recently been awarded the top industry award for Centre of the year. They currently have outbound call centre sales roles available with an excellent hourly rate, great additional benefits, and a fantastic uncapped incentive scheme. We are looking for for candidates that have a strong track record displaying sales ability and a positive \"can do\" attitude. The roles are temporary assignments initially with a view to permanency. There are full time day shifts and part time evening shifts available, and are based in the outskirts of the CBD.

If you consider yourself enthusiastic, goal-oriented with a proven passion for customer service, and sales results,  and have a sound track record in punctuality and reliability and achieving KPI\'s this is a role not to be missed. To be successful in this role you must display the following:

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Strong experience in a sales environment with proven success.
• Ability to handle rejection and overcome barriers
• Be able to multi task, and work within a structured environment to achieve KPI\'s and sales success.
