The main objective of this role is to provide high level Saves Support with particular focus on sales capability, growth, revenue, customer experience and achievement of business sales/customer plan. Thus full accountability for developing and managing the end to end strategy for saves across all Adelaide Centres.
Accountabilities:
- Develop the saves and customer retention strategy for all saves sites in CCC
- Lead and drive the implementation of the saves and retention strategy in all saves sites
- Effectively work within and across a diverse group of stakeholders and shared services to collaborate on delivery
- Identify save opportunities and develop initiatives to address across Adelaide Centres
- Lead the development of save metrics that will drive improved customer experience
- Team with Process and Quality Improvement Manager to generate coaching and process improvement education across all Adelaide sites (800 staff)
- Drive system changes for cancellation reporting that indicates:
- Sales Consultant
- Product cancelled
- Cancellation reason code
- Liaise with Marketing teams to provide information that will generate new outbound retention campaigns
- Dotted line management of Adelaide Save/Sales leads for the Centres
- Customer Experience- ensure that all initiatives and plans consider, compliment and improve the customer experience while delivering key business objectives
- Sales/Retention management- using trend and insights to predict future performance and build effective initiatives and models to address each need. Ability to use a variety of tools, appropriate to the situation, to develop, deploy and embed each solution with clear expectations (metrics) and delivery time frames
