required education:

candidates with a formal er/hr qualification will be highly regarded

required experience:

• minimum 5-7 years experience in similar role
• coordinating and managing site travel, accommodation and training requirements
• proven track record in dealing with unionised sites, industrial relations and human resources
• proactively support and advise on numerous employee relations policies, ohs policies, workplace agreements and any other relevant legislations
• ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and stakeholders
• pro-active and can do attitude along with an innate ability to develop strong relationships
