We are seeking an experienced Resource Consultant to join our well established team in our CBD offices to look after our most important assets - our candidates!

 

This is an exceptional role where you will be responsible for;

• Working closely with your team members to assist them in appropriately placing candidates in to rewarding positions
• Identifying & sourcing the correct candidates, including advertising & interviewing
• Managing timelines effectively to ensure available candidates are placed and all vacancies appropriately filled
• Building professional relationships with our talent pool
• Ensuring that our Account Managers have peace-of-mind to enable them to get out and grow the business

• Able to demonstrate strong recruitment resourcing skills preferably in the IT arena
• An administration & customer service professional

• A real \"people person\"  who thrives on working in a fast paced environment
• Mature minded and have a responsible & caring approach to candidates, giving them 5 star service at all times
• Someone who has outstanding time management & organisational skills with a high attention to detail
• Genuinely interested in technology and being part of an IT&T professional services company
