Our client is a World Class Business and an Industry Leader in the Oil and Gas arena.

An opportunity has arisen in their office for a HR Administrator to join their highly successful HR team for a permanent opportunity supporting the HR Manager.

The responsibilities of the position include:
  • HR Administrative support;
  • Maintenance of the internal HR system – including Performance Reviews, Compensation Management and Talent Management;
  • HR Process improvements – identify and initiate;
  • Ad Hoc HR Projects
  • Recruitment and Selection – advertising, short listing, pre-screening, arranging interviews and conducting reference checks;
  • Induction Process – preparing employee starter packs and induction manuals
  • Staff Training – coordination and administration of training
  • General HR Administration

This position will be a full time, working business hours, Monday to Friday located in the inner northern suburbs of Adelaide.
The salary package on offer is between $40K - $45k Super.
This position would be well suited to a HR graduate with tertiary qualifications, near complete tertiary HR qualifications or an experienced HR specialist looking to gain exposure within the Resources Industry.
