The Adelaide Desalination Plant project, Lonsdale, (southern suburbs) is part of a state strategy to ensure a secure water supply for the future of South Australia.  Our multi-national consortium, AdelaideAqua D&C, has been awarded the contract to design & build this critical infrast ructure project.

AdelaideAqua currently has a vacancy for a suitably experienced HR Administrator with current market knowledge of the South Australian resourcing and engineering sector to join our Human Resources Team. Based on site at Lonsdale the successful candidate will be required to contribute daily to the HR strategy and to provide administrative support and guidance to employees and managers.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Experience in a demanding HR administration role, working as part of a team focused on service delivery;
• An appreciation of core HR processes (gained through both job experience and via HR study);
• Experience working in a similar HR role would be desirable;
• Experience working under pressure to tight deadlines;
• High level of exposure to the Microsoft suite and other programs;
• Comfortable with the management and coordination of a high volume of HR related documentation.

We are seeking an individual who is an adaptable team player and willing to assist the HR team as a whole when required. With highly developed organisational skills, the ability to multi task whilst remaining target focused and service orientated will guarantee success in this versatile role. In addition this role will provide administration support to the Recruitment team when required.
