This organisation provides essential infrastructure related services to consumers and businesses across South Australia. They have IT infrastructure and application related projects underway that will deliver long term benefits to the organisation and its customers.

With increasing numbers of projects and tight deadlines, the need to maintain a highly efficient program management office that delivers results is essential. The contract role of Program Office Coordinator has been created to assist in this effort.

You will need to bring your strong experience in project scheduling and resource management to this service orientated PMO. You will be managing a resource pool of permanent and contract staff across multiple projects and multiple disciplines. This will need excellent communication skills, capacity planning experience and proficiency with Microsoft Project for scheduling. Any experience you have with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Prince2 frameworks would be very desirable.

You will need to show your positive “can do” attitude, a big focus on service and the ability to help your team to deliver results. An immediate start is available for this 6 month+ contract.
