Our client is a large facilities provider in South Australia that have a number of minor projects that are starting in the new financial year. A position has become available for a vibrant and determined Project Manager to bring a fresh approach to its team based in the Adelaide CBD.
You will be required to deliver a number minor works projects simultaneously.The projects will range from electrical fit outs, building services maintenance, office relocations and lift upgrades.
You will have full responsibility from tender stage, budgeting, program of works and project delivery through to the defects stage while enjoying support from on site Facilities Managers.
The successful candidate will preferably have exposure to minor works, project management or as a maintenance manager. You will have excellent organisational, time management and superb communication skills and have the experience to cope with the demands of this dynamic role.
