Priding themselves on repeat business and high service levels they are now looking to add a driven Property and Leasing Manager to their impressive new team.

As a Commercial Property Manager/ Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining the current rental list as well as developing opportunities by identifying new business. You will have experience in lease negotiations and a current knowledge of lease and purchase contracts. Coupled with a proven track record liaising with tenants/landlords and developing and maintaining relationships with franchisees in a variety of retail mixes around the city. Ideally, you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in a property or business related discipline. You will have strong negotiation and communication skills, able to work autonomously and have a high level of business acumen.
