This company has built a reputation on its ability to service major private and public sector organisations in the field of property and facilities management. Due to an expanding portfolio within South Australia they currently have a vacancy for a Corporate Facilities Co-ordinator.


Reporting to a National Account Manager, this highly customer focused role will require you to work on-site with a major institution in Adelaide’s CBD. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained to the highest standard whilst optimising the performance of their assets by managing all the contractual obligations of the service level agreement.


Your thorough understanding of facilities management will be utilised to build positive business relationships with the client on site. You will have the ability to work autonomously but recognise when to escalate issues as required. Tertiary qualifications in finance, property, business services or a related discipline would be preferable.
