ACTRESS Heather Locklear is undergoing treatment for anxiety and depression, her spokeswoman has confirmed. The 46-year-old star, best known for her roles in the hit US television soap opera Melrose Place and sitcom Spin City, is being evaluated at a facility in Arizona, Sarah Fuller says. "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment," Fuller said. "This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."

THE New York Post says actor Health Ledger's former partner Michelle Williams is angry at the late actor's parents, Emma and Kim, for not giving her daughter with Heath, Matilda, any of her inheritance. An anonymous source tells the Post that Michelle is afraid that Matilda's grandparents will spend the small fortune before Matilda turns 18 and can legally claim the money. The article said a spokesman for Williams didn't return repeated calls.

FALLEN pop star Britney Spears has won the right to overnight visits with her two children in a further sign that the troubled singer is on the mend. An entertainment website reported that Spears, 26, had been granted overnight visits with her baby sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, following the latest hearing in her custody case with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
